SUSHI SUSHI SUSSSSSHI

I have a serious problem with the food because I have gastritis, one of the most terrible sickness because it's make you feel umconfortable at the most of time, so I can't eat whatever I want like junk food, swettie things or fried things, but I love sushi, and is one of the things that I want to eat everytime. The japanese food is famous for the minimalism in their dishes, and the flavours of their meals. Lately I want to go back to Mosutoro, is a sushi bar placed near to Ñuñoa square, in Santiago. The Last monday I lunch with some of my friends in this place, we ate a different types of rolls and sashimi. My friends enjoy the food in this restaurant because they love ginger and the japanese pepper called wasabi, and in this place serve a lot. For me, the most tasty thing that I could eat for about five years every day, is a california rolls with avocado and salmon, this rolls make you feel in the heaven, and by the way, I couldnt get bored eat them in a dinner, lunch or party. I think sushi is expensive but it's worth it.

At 22 of May, I'm going to talk, in the english class, about one of my favorite artist. Santiago Serra is a spanish visual artist. He's from Madrid, one of the most important cities of Spain, and by the way, is the capital of the country. He finished his studies in Germany, and developing his career in Mexico. His art, use and work with diferent topics, but all of them be relationated with social granting, making visible and obvious, the way that the world works about laboral politics and the control of the capitalism in our lives like the working explotation, migration in America, inequality in the riches distribution and discrimination for race reasons. The way that he transform this problems in art, is by carry those subjects to the extreme, being radical use the same way to act. The behavior is amplify. With his knowledge about minimalism, conceptual art and performance , he make instalations, scultptures and "happenings" or performances, with marginal people like homeless persons, prostituts, inmigrants and black people. For his work, he employ at people for the price stipulated in a agreement, he can pay with money, drugs or whatever they want habitually relationated with they needs or addictions.

His social review  invade the art territory, critique that no happen unperceived. He, with his work, control at the exact same that the politicians do. He affect the spectators with his crudeness, interpellated them directly, making clear a repressive sistem.

When I was a child, my personality was so funny. People knows me as an outgoing girl because I loved dance and perfoming like different musicians, singers and dancers. I loved to talk with strangers for hours (it sounds creepy) and make people laugh, for that reason I enjoyed my childhood  surrounded by a lot of friends, but when I grew up I became more shy and nervous. The reason why I think I change my personality is maybe because my parents broke up, and I don't know, inside me it produce an unbalance. In my adolescence, the situación became more serious, I still enjoy the friendship of my friends but my self- confidence wasn't so good, I was usually talking about things that doesn't really matters to me like the weather or the news, but nothing really important to me. For a few years I though this behavior was normal or only a temporal situation but when I talked to myself and I took the situation like a serious situation I realized that my way to see the world and lived my life wasn't good. Now with some activities and with some changes I recovered my true personality, healed my heart and soul and let the people knew about my feelings. Every day I try to be real and give myself to others.

Favorite technology

My favorite new technology is a tipe of tv modem. DIRECTV guarantee a big number of channels include a sport channels like a basketball NBA Premium channel, high quality definition channels, great variety of movies and series and also, I can record all the things that I want at real time so I can watch them later when I want. My father buy the modem at 4 years ago I think. Since that day, I got mad with this thing. I usually use DIRECTV because  it was connect with the TV and I don't pass much time in my house above on the week, so I can see my favorites series like "game of thrones"and "Hannibal" on the weekend or at nights. The experience with this program is similar to Netflix but the big difference is how DIRECTV it connect with the cable experience at the old way like vhs recording. Now, this program it will be so important for my family and my friends because we are going to watch all the games of the world cup of football in HD. Everybody is invited!.

 

Some place that I visit was Easter Island, I fell in love whitin in the summer of 2008. I travell to the island with my uncle and cousins, Ariki and Maria Ignacia. We arrived on january for the summer vacations and we stay for two months there. I take part of the weekend of the island called Tapati, it's like a festival when you can learn to dance the tipical music. In this festival, is really important the culture and the preservation of the Rapa Nui roots and it's a reason to enjoy the party . We stay in a tipical Rapa Nui's house where the real father of Ariki lived, his name is Lako, my rapa nui uncle. He show us all the place, the city, ruins, nature, art and the turistic places too. I visited the volcanos and I see de moais, I learn about the mythologic and leyends, they try to keep their roots save learning to their childs and tourist to love the culture, the family and all that their build like a race. That's the reason why I liked this place.
